94 rooms decorated in Mediterranean colours, with safe, internet connection, mini bar, satellite TV, direct telephone, shower and/or bath.

The junior suites also have a lounge area, shower and bath and provide bathrobe. The new SKY TV service is available in the superior rooms and junior suites.

Meetings & Events

The Baia dei Mulini conference and exhibition centre can host up to 300 people in the main hall. The other rooms, the foyer and the hotel’s large lobby can be used both as subcommittee rooms or secretarial offices.
Restaurants

With its patio overlooking the sea, the restaurant is without doubt one of the hotel’s strongest points. Our menu offers Mediterranean flavours, rekindling old traditions.

We use the best products such as tuna and other fresh fish, we expertly blend them in typical recipes from Sicily and Trapani as couscous. We make high quality patisserie and typical desserts such as cassata in the best Sicilian tradition.
