The structure is born from the renovation of an ancient rural village , surrounded by unspoilt nature of a farm extended to 70 hectares. Casale of Olives and StoneLocated 20 meters from the central services and comprises:6 Classic rooms that overlook a natural setting of exceptional beauty and turn their eyes the entire valley . The finishes have been used classic colors of Caltagirone, in harmony with the blue clear sky , with the sea of Sicily, and wildflowers . They are equipped with panoramic window , four poster bed , air conditioning, internet access , television, safe , hairdryer and complimentary toiletries . The bathrooms feature a spacious double cascade shower .6 Superior rooms which differ in the presence of a garden in front of oleander , olive trees and scents of jasmine and orange blossom . The finishes have been used shades of blue and green, in harmony with the landscape. They are equipped with air conditioning, internet access , television, safe , hairdryer and complimentary toiletries . The bathrooms feature a spacious double cascade shower .

Country House Apartments located 20 meters from the central services . They are 8 apartments with 4 beds with kitchenette and patio or front garden , from which you can enjoy a splendid view over large areas of citrus groves. The finish has been used a warm orange color tied to the land and to the ancient Sicilian flavors . With private entrance and terrace are composed of large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with canopy bed , air conditioning, internet connection , television, safe , hairdryer and complimentary toiletries . Casale del Carob A group of 12 rooms located just 150 meters from the reception , which overlooks a natural stage in a privileged area untouched . The finishes used the color yellow in tune with the expanses of wheat , citrus and bright Sicilian days . Some rooms have panoramic window , others a terrace . All are equipped with air conditioning, TV , safe, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries . The bathrooms feature a spacious double cascade shower .

Bungalow of Cozzo A group of 12 rooms layed on the hill of Monte Reindeer at about 500 meters from the reception can be reached going up a path into the forest reserve under the protection of the Forest Service , on foot, with transfer provided by the hotel or car . The rooms are surrounded by undergrowth of the Mediterranean , breathe the natural scents of pine, carob , wild roses and dwarf oak . From here you can admire a splendid panorama to the sea Marzamemi. The finishes used the color red in keeping with the spirit and warmth of hospitality that lives in the soul and culture of Sicily .All rooms have a private terrace, equipped with TV , safe, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries . The bathrooms feature a spacious double cascade shower .Note: This room has no air conditioning.
