The village hotel Le Residenze Archimede has been designed to resemble a seaside borough: the 51 villas create an ensemble of streets and alleys which give life to the hotel, granting social and recreational spaces while completely respecting every guest privacy.
Each apartment is independent and soundproofed, thus allowing our guests to live a real holyday in Sicily. The experience will be similar to renting your own villa on the seaside, while enjoying all the comforts of a four stars hotel.
Our swimming pools are one of our proudest strength: eternity pools – the water merging with the ground – that allow an easy access, without any step, useful as well for who may suffer mobility issues. The pools are open until October, allowing to enjoy the hot Sicilian summer until its very end, when in the rest of the world winter has already come.
The bar nearby the swimming pool offers a great variety of snacks to make your day even more pleasant: ice-creams, soft drinks and happy hour.
The bar also offers light lunches: the best solution to stay light and be able to dive in immediately! Tabulè (Lebanese salad), pasta salads, sandwiches, ice-creams and slushes: the best way to eat well, staying light, and enjoy a sunny day outdoors.

The restaurant inside Le Residenze “Archimede” is staged close to the swimming pool, allows our guests to consume their meals in a unique scenario, surrounded by our glowing garden of Mediterranean essences.The dining area, designed to host more than 300 people in a multifunctional environment, can be dived in several areas to preserve our guest’s privacy.
Our menus are built to value the products of the Mediterranean area, where the fish of our is a treasure to be discovered. Pasta, as well as salad, not to mention local pastry (cassata, cannoli, slushes) are the basis of a gastronomical experience
Our Chef will always be glad to welcome you and to offer you his newest creations, but also to render your special occasions unforgivable, by organizing wonderful banquets for you and your guests.
