Le Terrazze Residence is located in one of the more evocative and strategic location of Ustica, about 100 mt. from Piazza Umberto I and about 200 mt. from the harbor, with a stunning panoramic views of the village, Mezzaluna hamlet and Cala S. Maria (port), the residence “Le Terrazze”, renovated in 2006, offers studios apartments for 2, 3 or 4 people, equipped with all comforts, with terrace andsolarium, free Wi-Fi zone, free shuttle service to and from the port, scooter and boat rental info.

The residence, is open all year and because of its location is suitable for all those who want to spend a quiet and comfortable holiday, in a calm, friendly and familiar atmosphere. It’s ideal choise for Sub because of its proximity to the port and to most of the diving centers, charging ARA, boat rentals points. Agreements with diving center for courses and / or diving tours.

Rooms & Studios

Our  2, 3 or 4 people studios, have been renovated in 2006 and offer guests all the comforts and a beautiful panoramic view of Cala S. Maria port, the village and the Mezzaluna hamlet, thanks to a long balcony. The package includes a kitchenette where you can prepare your own dishes, complete with utensils, fridge and sink. Table and chairs, air conditioning ionizer welfare, automated gate, soundproof windows, safe, king size bed with wooden slats and mattress of 2 m., Wardrobe and mirror, luggage rack, bathroom with shower, travel hair dryer. Our studios respect all the enforced norms for safety and energetic saving.

Equipment studios:

Night zone – double bed 2 mt. with orthopaedic mattress and slats, bedside tables and lights, the possibility of a third bed, 4 people rooms with double bed and sofa with bunk bed. Living area – bar kitchen with sink, two burner stove, hood, refrigerator, shelves and dishes, table and chairs, caffè machine, air conditioning, fan and air recirculation system, emergency lighting, motorized damper, soundproof windows. Dressing room – double wardrobe, drawers and hangers, luggage rack, mirror, safe. Bathroom – with health, shower and small travel hair dryer. Shared balcony – with stunning views on Cala S. Maria (port).
