Tasting at Vinicole Cantine, where you can discover the organoleptic peculiarities and the most appropriate combinations for each type of wine surrounded by fascinating places and vineyards cultivated according to the tradition of the area to which they belong.

Another uniqueness of the territory are the cheeses: to taste not only our cheeses, but all the typical products of the Sicilian gastronomic tradition. They can be enjoyed alone, but their flavor goes very well with some typical Sicilian wines.

Another Sicilian excellence is the Modica chocolate that is obtained from a particular processing of cold chocolate that excludes the conching phase.

But one of the greatest passions of the Sicilians, and not only them, is street food. Literally street food means “street food”. Therefore, this term indicates all those cheap foods that are cooked and consumed quickly on the street.
